This week I called to register and booked a vaccination for my kitten, the staff who got the phone is so rude and she shouted at me saying I'm having a break down and keeps telling me to call later. After all that she just cut the call. Im definitely not taking my kitten there anymore.

I have used this veterinary practice for my cat for numerous years and recently made the mistake of changing vets to be nearer to where I moved to. After one visit to the new local vets, I returned. The staff here are the best that there is, they are all exceptionally skilled, friendly, compassionate and explain everything in an easy to understand way. The practice is always spotless and the prices in my opinion are very reasonable. I or my cat Bella have never had a bad experience here.

Unfortunately I had a very unpleasant experience on Friday with the staff over the phone. Having been with clover street since 2023 and being very happy with the service I got from the vets, the staff who man the phones are incredibly rude. I was told on Friday that I was no longer welcome at this vets. I left that call feeling humiliated, judged, and as though my face simply didn’t fit. No pet owner should be made to feel this way when trying to do the right thing for their animal. This started out as a misunderstanding but the way it was handled was so unprofessional I feel like I was treated like a criminal. I’m sorry clover street you have to do better at treating clients with dignity and respect which I would say are the basics of customer care. I will be following this up with a formal complaint.

We have trusted the VETS team with our cats for many years. From spay surgery and tooth extractions to an emergency when they did everything possible to save our cat, they have always provided the highest standard of care. We are truly grateful, they are wonderful, and we wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Thankyou so much to all the staff at Clover Street Vets. Geno,s experience from day one was exceptional. Geno is a very nervous dog and was treated with such care. When going back for his aftercare he wagged his tail and went through the door not problem. Had even had a cuddle with the vet. I was a little worried that the care would be reflected in the cost, but after reading the reviews I thouht I wuld give it a go. Wonderful staff very caring, great aftercare, great price and I could park. What more could I ask for. Thankyou

My poor boy had a an allergic reaction to something his face/ear was swollen and he had been sick a few days. My usual vets couldn’t see him and Clover treated him quickly. We are now signed up to then instead! Customer service and care was brilliant. Thank you!! And they are so reasonably priced too.

I come across this place after my previous vets kept disregarding my concerns for my pet. Clover street has friendly staff that genuinely care. Even good with small exotics like rats. Such a rarity to find good vets that don't charge the earth without compensating care. I wouldn't go anywhere else now. A bug thank you too all the staff you are all amazing! From me and my girl sunny looking great after her operation.
