I found a little bird today, no visible injuries but in shock I think. I couldn't take it home because I have four cats. I took it into Easipet veterinary surgery in Chatham, I was a bit worried incase they were angry with me for taking it to them but the staff were lovely and very kind . They took the little bird in to monitor. I just want to say thankyou to them for being so caring.

Updating my review to 1 star: I used Easipetcare Chatham happily for around six years, but this experience has destroyed my trust in the practice. My dog Lily has chronic epilepsy and previously received six-month prescriptions for her regular medicines. I was suddenly told that Epiphen had to be prescribed every month, meaning a new £34 prescription fee each time. A member of staff even told me that the previous vet could have been “sacked” for issuing longer prescriptions. After I challenged this, the practice admitted in writing that longer instalment prescriptions for Epiphen are legally permitted and said Lily’s case would be reviewed by a vet. The result was one month of Epiphen. No patient-specific clinical explanation was provided for reducing it. This creates repeated fees, surgery visits and postal delays for essential epilepsy medication that Lily cannot safely run out of. Based on what has been communicated to me, the decision feels commercial rather than clinical. I have now escalated the complaint to IVC Evidensia. Six years of trust have been lost very quickly. Previous Review was 5 star: The service this year has been excellent every time we needed help. Appointments have been consistently on time, compared to previous waits of 30–40 minutes. Email responses are now provided on the same day, and the vet proactively called to update us on blood test results. This level of service has been consistent throughout. Thank you, team!

I’ve tried several veterinary clinics around the area, but Easipetcare Chatham is by far the best. I took two of my cats here. Sadly, I lost one of them even though the team did absolutely everything they could. In the end I had to let her go because her heart. They were compassionate and honest through a very difficult moment. The staff are always kind, professional and really care about the animals. What I appreciate most about this clinic is their integrity. They never try to push unnecessary tests just to make extra profit. When you love your pet, you would do anything if there is hope for recovery. Some clinics take advantage of that even though there is truly no hope. This is the first clinic I’ve experienced that doesn’t. I trust them completely and highly recommend them.

We had our dog Minie with Easipetcare Chatham for about 2 years before moving house. Minie got spayed there and regularly health check + anal glands expression. Everyone was so friendly, I was gutted to have leaving easipetcare!

I've always taken all of my pets to Easipetcare Chatham, they are extremely professional and will not do or recommend any service that is unnecessary. The vets are lovely and very understanding you can tell they love their job. I've recently lost my cat and made the decision to have him cremated, Nick at reception handled this is the upmost professionalism, care, empathy and understanding, he really is a credit to the team and I can not thank him enough for everything.
