I am extremely grateful to the entire team at Manor Vet Surgery in Chatham. Professionalism, kindness and genuine care are the first words that come to mind. From the very first moment, I felt reassured by their calm, attentive and compassionate approach. The staff took the time to explain everything clearly, listened carefully and showed real concern for my cat’s wellbeing, not just the case itself. We have been using Manor vets for around 20 years now. Our latest visit was with our bulldog Sid. Our consulting vet was Louise, her service was amazing. She spent a lot of time explaining everything to us and even took time after we left to consult a specialist about what ongoing treatment would be best for him.

I rang up the vets in advance for an emergency with my hamster and was able to be seen (in hours) between the appointments that had already been confirmed with other customers. I was seen within the hour, everyone was extremely polite and chatty, they were informative and kind considering the circumstances. They were non judgmental and gathered adequate info before seeing to him. I highly recommend.

We brought our dog in with only a list of symptoms. The practice were great. The vet did everything she could in the circumstances including bloods and an anti inflammatory jab in the hope we could figure out what was wrong with him. All came back normal and 24 hours later he was back to his usual bouncy self. Couldn’t ask for better service or help. Thank you.

As always the level of care was amazing! We had a mini emergency and they saw us straight away and got our dog Honey sorted very quickly. Information was passed over perfectly and all of the team were fantastic!

The best surgery I have ever been to. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, very helpful and accommodating, looking after my cats with care and empathy. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.
