Very good with there customers very polite and helpfully it was a pleasure to go there and chat about my 2 cats and for them to put me on touch with the right people very helpful it was not any trouble for them to help me thanks I will defo go there again. Bryan

I called today upset and lost and didn’t know how I could access an affordable vet to help our beloved rescue cat. The man who answered the phone immediately was so kind and so professional. He helped us immediately and treated me with respect and compassion whilst focussing on what could be done to help our beautiful cat. I cannot thank you enough for today. I had called around the whole of Medway for help and information and your gentleman RSPCA volunteer was more professional and more helpful than anyone else again thank you very much for all you have done for our Fella today 🤩

The staff member I spoke to on the phone regarding a dog that needs rehoming was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful with their suggestions. I'd highly recommend calling if you are considering giving up a pet as they will be able to help you find the best route that is suitable for you and your pet.

Absolutely disgusting attitude and zero empathy for our situation. Both me and my friend had concerns with my puppys yesterday. When the lady bought out our puppies, we asked a question about the blood test they had, her reply was 'he's already explained this to you, I don't have time to go through it again FUMING!!!

Friendly and committed staff to 100% customer satisfaction. Inexpensive, yet excellent service and extensive knowledge base, hence they I have retained my business for the last 17 years while maintaining both family cars. Could not recommend them more strongly.
