My 7 year old cat was diagnosed with diabetes by companion care recently and I can't praise the practice enough for their compassionate and diligent treatment of both my baby boy and myself. He's a month into his treatment and doing very well. Thank you so much CC

I wouldn't recommend Companion Care Vets inside pets at home in Tunbridge Wells. My furry baby had on x-ray done there by vet Graeme McKeown and I've been completely refused a copy or even pictures done by my phone of it "just saying operation need it £3500 for it". After called them many times and visited personally, the vet invited me to the practice to "show" me the x-ray -not sure which pet x-ray was as the x-ray was nameless... Asked if I can do picture with my phone at least and the vet switched off the screen... Saying NO! That I'm just paying for it but he'd the owner of the pictures... And lots of abusive words. It makes you think ... what the hell going on in this practice ??! Definitely watch out for them they will cut open your pet just for money! This situation and the way we beed treated It was traumatising to my to be honest, I've had recently another furry friend who need a vet so just switched them off permanently!

Graham and the team couldn’t have been more caring and lovely to us today when we had to say goodbye to our speacial girl. Thankyou so much for making us feel at ease and talk us through everything it means a lot .

I have always found our vet service to be excellent here but I'm leaving a review today because they have gone over and above for my cat. My cat was seen (teasels stuck in her hair) within the hour on a Saturday and the fee was included in the very reasonable pet plan, so nothing extra to pay. The staff are friendly and understanding. They show an interest in the animals and clearly love their job. On other occasions I have had excellent advice over the phone and each appointment has been professional, timely and stress free for my cats. A big thank you from us!
