Brilliant service. They really helped my cat after she had poisoning from a lilly. By the next day she was acting like herself again. Highly recommended. It isn’t the cheapest, but the treatment included Chinese herbs, homeopathy and acupuncture. And suggested supplements and protocols afterwards were really helpful.

We’ve had a long journey with our cocker spaniel . He was initially diagnosed with a possible cruciat ligament . The vets wanted to operate wanted to seek alternative therapy. A friend recommended Birgit and her team which I’m grateful for . His mobility improved a lot and was able to walk comfortably again which was great to see as he loved his walks. Sadly last November he struggled walking again on taking him to the vet and with the advice of Birgit he had a scan. Was quite a shock to discover he had a lung tumour quite large pressing on his heart . We were told to enjoy the next few weeks with him as no more could be done. So we decided to work with Birgits cancer protocol. He made some very good improvements and 8 months down the road he was still bright and active. Sadly the tumour grew again and we made the decision to euthanise him as he wasn’t walking anymore and a distended tummy . The drive out to Birgit was worth it for sure we gained many months of quality time with him which were very grateful for 🙏 We miss him dearly but glad we went down this route. Birgit is very knowledgeable and made Freddy relaxed when arriving each time sometimes wagging his tail. The vets are very limited to what they can offer in these cases the vet said it was a miracle he’s still here! 💙 Thank you for your patience and all you have done for our boy … Birgit and your team 🙏✨

What an amazing experience of visiting a vet. My cat had poisoning from a lilly, which I didn’t realise initially. I took her to see Valentina and what a difference. The very next day Boo was back to acting normally, rather than looking lethargic. I implemented the protocols that were suggested and she has recovered so well. In addition her general stress has lessened. I’m a childminder working with toddlers. The change of having babies and toddlers in the house did stress two of our cats. They are now all much more relaxed and peaceful, as well as Boo having recovered well from her lilly pollen encounter. A holistic vet can help with preventative measures and has time to really understand the issue, rather than the short time and medication focus of an ordinary vet's approach. Well worth the money and long drive. I can’t rate them high enough 5 stars is not enough- they deserve 10!

I have been to see Birgit and Valentina and have also had several phone consultations with them over the past 2 years dealing with my sweet girl, Jessie. She has had one or 2 issues come up, including a nasty anal gland infection and the most recent being in severe pain and diagnosed with severe back issues. Birgit and Valentina have both been phenomenal: their knowledge, their skill, their care is incredible. I feel I can always turn to them for support. Thank you to both of you and to your whole team - always an absolute pleasure to deal with all of you.

thank you so much to Birgit and the team. Everyone was so kind to us, during a horrible with with Stanley being unwell, he had lung cancer quite advanced, Birgit enabled me to make him comfortable in his last month of life, he was such a special boy. I will forever be grateful to birgit and the team for their help. I felt empowered to be able to do something for Stanley instead of being sad and feeling helpless. I would in the future come to see them if ever I had another dog who was unwell. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, lots of love and gratitude. Marina, Theo and Stanely. xxxxxx

Have helped my little dog Daisy so much.. She was diagnosed with spondylitis by our conventional vet and treated with Librela injection and Metacam.. Which was excellent and got her out of acute pain. Injections would have needed to be every 4 to 6 weeks.. However with Birgit's treatment, namely Chinese herbs, accupuncture and homeopathy, she has not required further injections.. I'm very pleased and Daisy is a little bouncy dog again..

I’m so grateful to Birgit for her support and expertise in aiding Zac in recovery after his spinal accident. With Chinese herbs and acupuncture his recovery is still progressing well with marked improvement to his mobility.Zac is a 9yr old Labrador and now should have more years of a good life.
