I think this vetinary practice are incompetent at there job, they forget to book appointments in for what ever reason and they are not clear on what there pet health club covers. My wife and I were told that administering our dogs flea tick and worm treatment would not cost extra the first visit but then wants to charge us subsequent visits after. A very poor practice and have now moved vets.

Such a lovely team here, my dog had, had a run in with another dog and had a small cut, i went in no appointment and they saw him, gave it a clean and checked him over and made sure he was all ok. I oringally come from London, so this kind of caring and compassion is few and far between. Really appreciate it, as did Barney.

Our dog Teddy is registered at this vets and we had to take him for an examination as a result of him not putting any weight on his back right leg. The team at Southill were brilliant he was examined by the vet throughly and confirmed it was likely to be soft tissue damage and gave him a pain killing injection and prescribed him medication for pain. Great service. We were delighted he is on the mend all thanks to the team at Southill Vest great service.
