I would just like to thank the staff for attending to my dear dog Jack today to put him in a better place after a quick downturn in his health. They gave nothing but respect, dignity and a genuine appreciation of the situation at all times. Very much appreciated from myself, they truly sensed the terrible time people have to go through at the end of their pets life and I thanked them warmly for making it as calm and peaceful as possible.

Great vets... Thought I'd update a bit from reviewing years ago!! Still an absolutely amazing vets, all staff from receptionists to actual vets are friendly and really helpful... Highly recommended for all your pets... p.s. Pet care costs what it costs these days (a lot) but for peace of mind this is where to spend that money .

I found an injured pigeon when driving home after night shifts which was stuck in the road with cars driving over him.💔No other vets were able to help but a really kind lady at Medway Park vets let me take him to them. Once at the vets the poor pigeon seemed to perk up and the vet said she would take him to a rescue centre who would work out what was injured as it wasn't clear and rehabilitate him. Thank you Medway Park vets for helping the poor pigeon (and me! lol) at his time of need!!!

I cannot praise or thank this wonderful vet practice enough. My cat Mojo was diagnosed with diabetes last year and then there were concerns with possible heart issues and now his kidneys. The staff there are so kind and helpful, whilst giving me honest advice and support when I've often needed it as I am a very anxious pet owner often needing a lot of reassurance! Sandra, Jaya, Martina, Trish and Cindy have been absolutely wonderful and I don't know how I would have coped without them! Thank you.

Have just been charged £24.75 +4.95 vat For claw clipping.My small dog was missing for 5 minutes max. My own pedicure and Polish is a similar price. Have previously paid £15 for this procedure. Had to ask for an itemised bill because I couldn't understand why my bill was so high Not impressed this time.
