Ewen is an exceptional Vet. He explains everything in great detail and always puts our Patsys best interest first and foremost. The nursing staff took great care of Patsy while she was in for the day. Patsy was relaxed and happy when we collected her, and had clearly been well looked after.. I would and do recommend Swaleside Vets to anyone who wants the best for their pets.

Everyone is super friendly and helpful.. they make you feel you have been given all the information that you need and they look after the animals like they are their own. All questions no matter how silly you feel they are… are answered and you never feel like they are pushing treatments “just because” . I wouldn’t go anywhere else

The whole team are extremely caring and knowledgeable. Always give you full information of what is happening to your animal and very reassuring. I wouldn't take my cats anywhere else.

Our elderly Border Collie, Maisie, has had a rough year. She needed a large sarcoma removed earlier this year and the wound was open whilst it healed. She recovered fully. The kindness shown by all staff was second to none. Maisie now in pain again with, possibly, arthritis or a slipped disc. Ewen is always so kind, explains fully and is very knowledable. Fingers crossed anti inflammatory tablets and pain killers will sort her out but, if not, Ewen will help us take the next treatment steps.

Maria and Ewan have treated myself and my darling cat with understanding and kindness. They both gave me time to discuss options and I felt listened too. They showed compassion and care at all times. I was kept informed at each stage of a procedure they carried out which I deeply appreciated. Everyone I met at the surgery were friendly, caring and helpful.

I am new to this practice and am delighted with the friendly professional care shown to my pet, and me. It is obvious to me that the health of the pet is their first priority, but its also nice not to spoken down to, which I have experienced at another practice. Very pleased.

Friendly staff always welcome you. The vet explained all well and gave us some useful advice for our cat. I have used this practice since it started and would highly recommend them.

Great experience right from the start. Reception staff very friendly,and informative. Ewen our vet was amazing treating our tortoise li,e a royalty! Thank you Ewen and staff for making sure we are all comfortable. Highly recommend!

Caring, friendly and knowledgeable staff on the desk when you come in, calm atmosphere for your pet, experienced knowledgeable and caring vet, not rushed, plenty of time to discuss your pets ailments and treatments, with humour too! Genuine concern, care and love for animals. Thankyou
