Ripped off completely by this vets, having spoken to other people I should never have gone to them and are known for this. Avoid at all costs. Management have slopey shoulders too, would rather defer you to another practice rather than deal with issues fairly and professionally when faced with complaints.

I want to thank all the staff at Vets 4 Pets Sittingbourne for the compassion and professionalism we received having to make the hardest decision for our elderly cat. The level of care was very much appreciated and we are very grateful. It’s was so much better than the service with received years ago at another local vets. So glad we moved our pets to Vets4Pets

Lovely caring staff who are easy to talk to. I feel heard and respected during consultations. My reactive cat also doesn't react negatively to them, despite what is wrong with him, which tells me a lot. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

2 Stars as some of the staff are godsends and that’s the only reason. Emily I think her name was, was the best one there. She had such a kind soul and loved my dog like her own. Others were lovely and can really feel the warmth from some of them. Some however don’t give off the loving feeling and are just there to do a job. My dog is just over a year old and had small appointments before which were fine however with his big appointments recently it has been a shambles. We rushed the dog to the out of hours one Saturday night and they was fantastic. Advised to book a check up with my vet in a couple days which I done so. The lady came across cold. Paid no attention to my dog and he was so anxious to be there with his bad leg. Advised needed an xray and was quoted £400-500. Xray was booked for the following week and when I got there was told it will be £750 roughly depending on final X-rays taken. Similar things have happened before with incorrect quotes but only with in the tens of pounds not hundreds. But it had to be done so we paid. Collected him and all was fine advised continue crate rest and we will do a check up in 4 weeks. That check up has now been moved 5 times of which I have had to rearrange work each time to take him and last minute I’m told it’s cancelled and to move to the following week or a few days later. Iv cancelled this all together as luckily he’s absolutely fine and back to himself and will be moving his elsewhere to somewhere where there is more warmth and the appointment doesn’t get moved where there is a potential need for surgery.

Vets4pets Sittingbourne were absolutely amazing with my dog today. He went in for neutering I was very anxious and so was he. They completely put my mind at ease with whatsapp updates and treated him with the upmost care and respect. He is now home resting. From the reception staff to vets they are so professional and friendly I can't thank them enough.
