Vets themselves are great and professional but on the phone receptionist was extremely unprofessional and didn’t have a clue what’s going on, and talks to other people in the background while on the phone with me. Please train your staff to speak to clients in a professional way otherwise you can lose clients like this

Love taking my cats there. The staff are so helpful and kind. The vets take time with the cats and I feel confident that they are well looked after. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

A Huge Thank You to the Amazing Team Who Helped Oscar! I can't thank the team enough for their incredible care this morning when I rushed my cat, Oscar, in after he sustained a very bad and deep cut on his paw outside. From the moment I called, Lisa the receptionist was absolutely fantastic—so calm, reassuring, and helpful. She made a truly stressful situation so much easier. And to Dr. Malcolm, who came all the way from Bournemouth, words can't express my gratitude. He was incredibly kind, professional, and clearly passionate about animals. He handled Oscar's severe injury with such gentleness and expertise, explaining every step of the treatment clearly. Thanks to their quick actions and skilled care, Oscar is now recovering well at home, which is a huge relief considering how serious the cut was. It's clear that everyone at the practice genuinely cares. I highly recommend them to any pet owner. You truly are the best! 🐾

Really happy with this practice. Registered my cats here when I moved to Dartford. The receptionists are friendly and helpful and the vets and nurses are kind, caring and thorough. One of my cat has been for his heart scan, and my other cat was seen last night for vomiting. He saw the vet at 7.30 without having to wait very long. He was admitted for sedation to have his throat checked and was ready to go home at 9.30. The care plan is exceptionally good value!! Some practices charge almost double that even in the midlands. Would highly recommend them to anyone and definitely recommend you get the care plan because of the value of money and the preventative benefits it has. Fees for veterinary treatment are very reasonable Very pleased 😌 thank you medivet team 😃
