We recently changed to Mead as they provide 24 hour care and all the staff go out of their way to help and support. It’s such a lovely atmosphere and even our cats stay calm. We would definitely recommend them to all animal lovers.

Excellent vet surgery. I have been using Mead Vets for 13+ years now with my two cats and recommended them to others, who also have given glowing feedback. I honestly can’t speak highly enough for how dedicated, warm, caring and professional the whole team has been on every single visit.

Had an emergency with my daughter's emotional support kitten, our vets was shut as it was late on a Saturday, Mead was the closest open to us, we were booked in and seen within an hour of calling. Our Kitten is doing well now. Would recommend if anyone has an emergency or is looking for a permanent vet practice.

We had a lovely experience with this vets. We took our dog in, who was suddenly unwell. Even though they weren’t our usual vet, the receptionist was great and fit her in within the hour. The vet was so kind, patient and clear. It was sad news for us and they were so incredibly kind and patient. Also cheaper than other vets in the area. Definitely recommend. Sorry we didn’t get the vet’s name, but she was fantastic. Love Poppy’s family x

Sadly we had to say goodbye to our beloved dog yesterday. I found Mead Centre to be helpful, courteous and understanding during this sad time. The receptionist was nice and the Vet was brilliant and very sympathetic. She made my family feel included, gave us time with him both during and the after he went to sleep. The process was dealt with professionalism, love and understanding, thank you.

Mark is an outstanding, highly experienced vet. Our dog's condition cannot be totally cured (IBD) but she is doing really well since Mark took over her treatment. Mitzie now eats her special food (she was not eating at all). Her energy has returned and she is a much happier dog. Thank goodness there are specialists, like Mark. We do not live near Dartford but from the beginning we knew that Mark was the vet to see, having been recommended by our local vet. Mark - a BIG thank you.

We came in with our dog in an emergency, there was already 2 emergencies at the practice so we had a little wait but the receptionist kept monitoring our dog and updating the team. As soon as available someone came to assess and our dog was treated very quickly. Cannot fault the lovely team who looked after him. It was a distressing time and we have had regular updates. Thank you very much for wonderful care which saved our dogs life!

I can’t thank Mead Veterinary Centre enough for the care they gave my beagle, Mila. She suddenly became very quiet and in obvious pain, and they got her seen straight away. The whole team was so kind and reassuring. Her vet ran all the right checks and made sure she was comfortable with pain relief. I felt she was in really safe hands the entire time. Thankfully, it turned out not to be anything serious, but I really appreciate how seriously they took her symptoms and how much they cared about her comfort and wellbeing. Liron is just an angel, caring, kind, approachable, professional, and incredibly intelligent, he works nights. I can honestly say he is the best vet we have ever met. We had to say goodbye to our beloved cat after 16 years, the most heartbreaking moment of our lives, and the whole team took care of us with so much compassion, giving us time and comfort. They never rushed us, even the lovely young lady at reception offered me water and helped dry my tears. Liron speaks several languages, and being able to have things explained in Spanish was such a relief in such an emotional moment. Bárbara, a Spanish vet, was also so kind and intelligent. Having bilingual staff is such a valuable asset. Liron, thank you for your words and your care. We will never forget you. Our dear Trasto is now an angel. All the diagnostics and tests were done quickly and with priority, and everything was explained to us at every step.
