Easipetcare Ltd is part of the Easipetcare group (as indicated by the Easipetcare website branding) and offers a membership option called Pet Health Club® Plus, which the site says includes consultations. Reviews frequently mention supportive handling of nervous dogs (including a nurse carrying a reluctant dog into the consulting room) and a reception team that recognises pets by name. There are also serious negative accounts alleging poor communication and consent around dental work, and complaints about pricing and waiting times.

The girls behind the reception are lovely and very polite, they welcome me and knew my dogs name (Ronnie and Reggie) as soon as I walked in even though my dogs don’t travel well in the car and thrown up in the reception they was so good and I wanted to clean it up but they did it, I would not take my boys to another vet so happy there.

Excellent service, my dog is not keen on the vets and didn't want to go into the consulting room so the nurse carried her

A lovely friendly practice. The staff are very welcoming and compassionate. They take time if you have any concerns. They are very respectful if you are having to say goodbye to a beloved pet.

Worst Vet! Only care about money, not animals! We have two dogs registered with this vet and have had many bad experiences. They care more about making money than helping the animals. We only stayed with them because we already bought their “vaccines for life” plan. First, they gave us the wrong test result for one of our dogs and told us it could be cancer. They then referred us to an animal hospital in Cambridgeshire. The hospital tested again and confirmed it was not cancer. The whole process cost us nearly £4000. Second, they suggested a dental clean for our dog. I waited all day for an update but no one called. When I went to pick him up, they had removed most of his teeth without telling me or asking for my agreement. I should have been given the chance for a second opinion, especially for removing so many teeth. Third, one of our dogs died within a week after getting a vaccine. When they check him, they said he was old but fine, and later denied that it had anything to do with the vaccine. It was heartbreaking. Fourth, when I decided not to vaccinate my other senior dog and only wanted the yearly check included in the plan, they told me I had to pay for it separately. Just because I did not want to risk his health, I had to pay extra for something that should already be covered. This vet clinic has shown no honesty or care for the animals they treat. I regret ever trusting them with my dogs. Please think carefully before you take your pets here.

Very professional and have been very helpful with our nervous dog, as well as making him as calm as they can for his treatment. Our cats actually enjoy going there as they are made a huge fuss of.

The vets are great, even though we waited almost an hour after our appointment. But the prices are terrible. A simple antibiotic that costs £9.90 online costs £56 here, which is awful. They should be ashamed to charge that much, considering they also charge £55 for the visit. I'll probably have to change.

Super efficient vets, clean, informative and very friendly staff. My little Bella responded to her medication and now I can sleep knowing she's happy and comfortable again! 🥰
