We’ve been with this practice since our dog was a puppy, and I honestly couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. She even attended their puppy party, which was such a lovely experience and helped set the foundation for her confidence early on. The whole team is absolutely amazing. From the front desk staff who always take the time to hand out treats and help build her confidence, to the vets who are incredibly caring, patient, and attentive. Our dog is quite nervous, but they always handle her with such kindness and understanding, never rushing her and always making her feel safe. It’s so clear that everyone genuinely cares, and that makes all the difference. We’re incredibly grateful for the consistent, compassionate care they’ve given her over the years.

Happy to recommend Pennard. With a somewhat excitable dog, it really helps that appointments are always quick and easy to get through. Facilities of the new practice are well set up with plenty of segregated spaces in the waiting area.

Fabulous veterinary staff at Pennard with superb facilities and modern, clean consulting rooms. Kate is wonderful and is so caring with my timid little cat, super knowledgeable and always has time for you - it’s never a rushed experience. Reception staff are always friendly and helpful and I nice touch is they have separate waiting areas for cats and dogs. All round I would highly recommend the Pennard team.

We are eternally grateful for the care given to our beloved dog Otis.. We had a late night emergency , which was very traumatic.. The staff were swift, professional but very compassionate .. They looked after him , whilst keeping us updated, & organised the specialist surgeon to come in & operate on our boys elbow.. We would definitely recommend this practice to anyone. I think in such a horrendous situation it really helps getting the right treatment with truly caring professionals..

I always have wonderful experience with Pennard Vets when it comes to caring for my Ragdoll cats. From the moment we walked through the door, the team has been incredibly welcoming, gentle, and clearly passionate about animals. My Ragdolls can be quite sensitive, but the staff handled them with such calm and kindness that it put both them and me at ease. The receptionists are always professional, friendly, and kind, making every visit smooth and stress-free. Whether it’s booking appointments, answering questions, or simply greeting us with a smile, their warmth and efficiency never go unnoticed. The vets take the time to explain everything thoroughly, and I always feel confident that my cats are in expert hands. The facilities are spotless, appointments run smoothly, and they truly go above and beyond to make both pets and owners feel supported.
