They really ‘get’ my dog and the venue, team are just lovely. I think they are clear with pricing and the boosted monthly plan offering unlimited vet consultations alongside the inoculations and monthly treatments is really helpful.

I genuinely cannot recommend Swale Barn Vets highly enough. They are, without question, the most compassionate, caring and professional veterinary team we have ever dealt with. In fact, I would go as far as saying they are one of the best businesses we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with in our lives. The care, kindness and genuine compassion they showed Albert — and us — throughout everything was extraordinary. They listened to us, respected our wishes and treated Albert with such gentleness and dignity. At an incredibly difficult and upsetting time, we always felt that Albert's wellbeing came first and that they genuinely cared about him as an animal, rather than simply seeing him as another patient. Their kindness continued even after we lost Albert. The care taken when returning his ashes and the beautiful flowers they sent us were incredibly thoughtful gestures that meant more than I can put into words. It is those little things, alongside the exceptional veterinary care, that show what kind of people they are. Their prices are also extremely reasonable, particularly considering the standard of care they provide. We have never felt pressured into unnecessary investigations or treatment, which unfortunately has not been our experience with some other veterinary practices in Faversham, particularly Faversham Vets. Everything was explained to us properly, and we always felt that decisions were being made because they were right for Albert, not because of the cost involved. Having experienced other vets locally, there really is no comparison for us. Swale Barn Vets are in a completely different league. They combine excellent veterinary care with genuine humanity, compassion and integrity. We will never forget the way they cared for Albert or the kindness they showed our family during such a heartbreaking time. We will always be incredibly grateful to them. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for everything you did for our beautiful Albert. We couldn't have asked for anyone better to look after him. ❤️

The front of house ladies and Vicky (the vet) were lovely, all very knowledgeable and helpful. My very fussy, very agitated cat was relatively calm considering it was her first time - so that's a sign! Vicky did a thorough, gentle review and assudated my fears. Great experience all around.

Really disapointed and feel let down that these so called 'Independent vets' are actually part of a large corparate group called Vetcentric. They have just opened another branch in Whitstable!! How is that allowed??

We moved to Swale Barn Vets a couple of years ago and cannot praise them enough. The whole team led by Radu work together as one and we always feel welcomed and that they really care about our pets as much as we do. Recently, after a long period of illness and treatment we had to say goodbye to our beloved Springer Spaniel Duncan. When it came to this agonising decision they were so professional and sensitive to our needs, especially Duncan, and took care of everything from his last moment to us receiving his ashes. They are amazing! Thank you.

Easy to find, no problem parking. All members of staff pleasant and courteous. Vet I saw explained everything simply and was empathic.
