They made me wait outside I wasn’t allowed in the practice. I didn’t even get to meet the vets they took my puppy gave him his injections made me wait outside in the cold and dark and then handed back my puppy. I don’t understand why I wasn’t allowed in.

Have no hesitation in recommending this practice. The many times I’ve had to take my cocker spaniel I’ve always come away feeling that all the staff care for the animals they deal with which certainly reduces the stress of my spaniel. PS I like the coffee machine. V thoughtful

Faversham veterinary clinic are amazing. They show care and love for all of our animals. They always do their best for each individual pet. They are supportive and helpful especially in difficult times. The whole team are friendly and professional. Our pets are so lucky to have such wonderful care.

We can’t recommend Faversham Veterinary Clinic enough! Our dog is usually very nervous at the vets, but the team here handled him with so much patience and kindness. They really put him at ease and took the time to make sure he felt comfortable. The staff are absolutely lovely—so friendly, reassuring, and professional. It makes such a difference knowing our dog is in such caring hands. We’re very grateful for the excellent care!🐶🥰

Absolutely amazing first vet experience I’m notionally very anxious they were so friendly easy to talk to helpful kind , great with my very “over energetic” dog blue , everything explained in detail amazing monthly plan available offering such a great deal making it less worrying g and stressful to get your pet’s needs covered. I feel very happy after leaving today with more appointments booked and very good with dates and times available

It’s so important to find a vet that you not only trust, but who also offer terrific service and friendly, professional staff. Faversham Veterinary Clinic ticks all of these boxes! They have now been looking after my cat, Millie, for 7 years and the care has been amazing. I’ve been part of their pet plan since joining, which offers excellent value. My cat loves all of the staff and they treat her like the princess she believes herself to be! Thanks everyone for another great year of perfect cat care.

Faversham Vets have always been really good with my dog Millie. She was spayed a few years ago and I was really worried about her but they reassured me and even kept her overnight for me for that extra reassurance. Always reply fast on the app. Extremely helpful staff. Wouldn’t go anywhere else with my pets.
