Services
- •At-home euthanasia for companion animals, allowing pets to remain in familiar surroundings with family present. Reviews commonly mention both dogs and cats being kept comfortable at home rather than travelling to a clinic.
- •End-of-life support at home, with vets explaining the process, answering questions, and talking families through each stage before and during the visit. Recent reviews repeatedly mention clear step-by-step explanations and a gentle, unhurried approach.
- •Responsive booking and communication, with owners often describing quick replies by phone or WhatsApp, and in some cases very fast or next-day arrangements when a pet deteriorated suddenly.
- •Aftercare coordination, including arranging collection and cremation so owners do not have to manage the immediate practicalities themselves.
- •Cremation partnerships, with Barnshaw Pet Crematorium mentioned repeatedly in reviews, and one family also referring to a private crematorium in Tenterden offering individual cremations.
Pricing
A very limited amount of published pricing suggests the clinic may sit around average, but this is based on very few comparable services. Reviewers do, however, regularly mention clear upfront communication about costs and what the home visit includes.
