I want to thank Vets 4 Pets Whitstable for their incredible care and kindness recently when I had to sadly bring my 9 year old son’s hamster to them to be put to sleep. My son was extremely upset at home which I mentioned to the receptionist and she asked my son’s name. A week later my son received a card in the post saying how sorry they were for his loss and how lovely his hamster was. The vet also gave me a card with paw prints on and a lock of our hamsters fur in a lovely pouch for my son to keep. The compassion and care I received was second to none, thank you.
