absolute Money Scam. Wish I had read the reviews before registering. Took our dog in Tuesday. £57.50 consultation fee for Ear infection (Fair enough) told to come back Friday for the antibiotics. No mention at all of price until paying at the till. No informed consent given for treatment options. Another £57.50 for consultation which we already had Tuesday but now paying Friday as well. Can someone explain why ??? Also you have charged £53 for £11 worth of medicine. Absolute scam. There is no need to charge owners 5 x mark up price. 2 x consultation fees of £57.50 for the same thing ??? I’ll be taking my complaint to the RCVS and the insurance company as you have essentially billed them £115 in consultation fees. I wonder how many people you have done this to as well. Reading the reviews … quite a lot !!!

Needed to get my Puppy 1st Vaccinations done and my vet told me It will be a month before we can get him in I phoned Warren House Vets 'Rochester' and they got me booked in 3 days later. The young lady on the phone was very nice and polite. When I got there on the day the 2 ladies at the reception desk were very nice and polite as well. When I got to see the Vet, she was very nice, polite, friendly to my pup and talked to me about pup and how we'll go about things with him. This is not my 1st dog, so I know how things go, but if it was, all the information that was given was 1st class. Thank you.

Easy to get an appointment the same day, clean premises and friendly staff who took great care of my guinea pigs. Cost of treatment was clearly explained in advance and the vet and nurse also clearly explained how I should continue my pet's care at home, what to look out for and what to do if he shows any of the possible adverse symptoms. He has actually recovered very quickly and was eating and drinking normally the same day.
