Had social services called to my house because they put a claim against me for being violence with police on record, but they have no recordings on their cameras, just because I told them I refused to put my dog down this is 'violence'. Do yourself a favour and do not take your pets here. They are not a hospital but a vet services only, so they cant operate on animals in emergency. Clearly under staff and treat elderly dogs bottom of the list. They charge extradite fees amount without saying how much it will cost upfront. Expect to walk out of here with a £1k bill. Come here if you want to be arrested by police for refusing to put your dog down at the hospital over being put down at home. it took us 20 minutes to drive to the hospital but it was a 1 hour drive home. Do the maths. Made medical judgement without viewing her medical records first, it's not possible to say whether the veterinarian's decision was appropriate.

The vets themselves are very good and my dog was treated quickly and efficiently. However, we returned our insurance claim form almost straight away and it has taken them a month to complete it and send it to our insurance company. And that was after I chased them up 4 times, twice in the vets and twice via e mail. I didn’t even receive an e mail reply. Disappointing.

Excellent service, in our desperate hour of need, our beloved dog was seen immediately and scanned, given antibiotics and strong painkillers to help her through the night ready for her emergency surgery the next day ,very friendly and kind ,compassionate staff ,thankyou so much we are most grateful

Exellent caring team. Very good practice, very helpful and supportive. In my case it was having my dog seen at 1.30am in the morning because the situation could not wait. It was costly but I was seen straight away. Myself and my dog are very grateful for them being there to help.

We lost our dear cat Phoebe yesterday morning in a very unexpected and sudden way. We called ahead to let them know we were on our way and that our cat was very poorly. The vet nurse met us at the door and rushed Phoebe straight through to the back. Sadly Phoebe was extremely unwell and she was put to sleep with us by her side. My partner and I were devastated (as anyone would be). We found all the staff to be very attentive, kind, sensitive and extremely supportive. Thank you for helping us say goodbye to Phoebe in the best way that we could.
