Staff helpful, reception/ waiting area is spacious and always clean. Edit: Had to downgrade my review from 5 stars as recently every time I had a concern about my dog their first recommendation was to get a specialist in before ruling out the basic things first and it felt like they were actively looking for problems they could charge more money for. We're now with a family run practice which is cheaper, friendlier and more about my dog's well-being than making money. A real shame Manor let us down as we'd been with them for years up to this point.

I cannot tell you how impressed I am with the care my dog gets here. All the staff are wonderful, never make you feel rushed on the phone or in person. The reception staff are just lovely, so welcoming, and the clinical staff are superb, so calm and capable. Highly recommended by my family.

I have been with manor vets for four years + I have always found the staff friendly, and helpful with any questions I may have. The consultant that has dealt with my dogs care has been absolutely brilliant informing me at all stages of his care. Very professional and caring. I would thoroughly recommend Manor vets to my family and friends.

Staff are lovely and friendly. There is a good sized car park, where i have always found plenty of spaces available. They have sectioned the waiting room into 3 areas, cats, dogs and puppies which i think is a nice touch.

We used this vets for 8 years. I was worried when starting as ours was a rescue dog and we thought this setting might be triggering for her. Fortunately the staff were so nice and supportive with her it took our worries away. She did get heightened from the stimulation but never scared or worried. In Covid she was happy to leave us in the car park and walked in with the vet without issue!!! We are fortunate that Whitney was in good health until the end so we didn’t need any big procedures but the regular checks and jabs were good value. At the end as problems developed they didn’t fear monger or push us into costly investigations. I found them to be very respectful in this time. I would like to thank all the staff for making us all feel so welcome and safe x

Took my dog into the vets was told he needed a wart removed from his foot was quoted approximately £400. My dog then developed an ear problem so it was agreed that both procedures would be done under the same anaesthetic for a total of £1400. Attended today for surgery and was advised that he does not now need the ear surgery great news. Was presented with a bill of £1480 I queried this as only 1 procedure was carried out surely this should be reflected in the final price. 3 members of staff were telling me different things. They went out the back came back and told me the total is now £1200. Apparently prices have gone up since my quote a month ago and if you’ve had an estimate previously they cannot copy it over and have to retype the invoice not honouring the estimate given. Apparently they have now made internal changes to reflect this. Receptionist nurse were very polite and helpful although several comments made were not needed and not productive to the situation.

I have used Manor vets for years and so have other members of my family. Staff are always welcoming and friendly. The vets are knowledgeable and skilled regarding my animal’s health issues. They are very transparent with costs and up front about prognosis etc. I have had some very sad times over the years when I have lost my beloved animals. They have been faultless and very caring and compassionate. Highly recommended.
