This was previously 5* however staff changes at the time created issues. However I've come to terms with the torture one of the vets caused with our elderly cats final weeks which I will never forgive as well as the butchered neutering surgury done on our young cat. She was near on paralised for weeks. How now changed vets and things couldnt be better.

So glad I chose Wellpets as Rustys Vet. From day one they have been so great with appointments that suit my work schedule. Their Pet payment plan makes life so much easier. Rusty still doesn’t ‘enjoy’ his visits but that really isn’t their fault!

Excellent service by the Well pets team. Sp pleased I joined this practice for my cat, knowing they cover the full 7 days of the week is a weight off my mind and the care is always second to none. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Had to say goodbye to our Scout today, old age and probably kidney failure. The team were amazing as it wasn't easy. She was treated very well and we hope Paul and the assisting nurse are ok. Thanks again.
