Just want to say how grateful I am of all the staff at plunkets. From the first consultation to the end of the aftercare for an operation was faultless. Communication throughout my dealings with plunkets was absolutely spot on. Ive had some troubles with previous vets in the past so it was a breath of fresh air from the moment I walked in with Frodo. From the moment I brought my 4-month-old puppy through your doors, I felt completely supported. The team took the time to explain everything I needed to know as a new puppy mum, answering all my questions with patience and genuine warmth. They made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel manageable and even enjoyable! You also care for my rescue cat, and your team's gentle, compassionate approach has been consistent throughout. Every visit, you treat us with kindness and understanding. It's clear you all genuinely care about the animals in your care and the people who love them. Your practice has given me confidence in looking after my pets, and I'm so grateful to have found such a supportive veterinary team. Five stars without hesitation!

They’ve always been incredibly accommodating for last-minute urgent visits, flexible with appointments and make the time to talk and reassure an often stressed and anxious pet owner! No questions feel too much and they really take the time for you at every step of the journey - from over the phone, to reception, appointment and follow ups. I’d recommend them to everyone.

They always go out of their way to ensure I get appointments that fit my schedule, which makes everything so much easier. When my cat Lilly was spayed, they took exceptional care of her—I felt reassured every step of the way. She recovered beautifully thanks to their expertise and compassion. Without even looking at my mum's budgie, they only offered a euthanasia appointment. Over the phone. Not even a in person look. Nah.

Love these vets they have been amazing with our cats..we got a new puppy socks she was under weather & very nervous the vets was great & nurse flick was absolutely amazing with her spent ages on floor and giving her treats she came home very happy girl..thank you too all the staff including lovely receptionists The Regan family

Without a doubt the best practice I've taken my animals to. My animals have been extremely well cared for as has my family by the team. The reception staff are welcoming and always helpful and approachable. The nurses are always smiling and are lovely with the animals. Vets Katie and Mert really are fantastic, incredibly knowledgeable for such young vets. They are gentle, understanding and clearly passionate about what they do. Highly recommend this vets for great all round care of your animals.

UPDATE: Mips got his welcome pack 😻as promised and he does enjoy visiting this surgery. Really happy to be a regular customer of this place! 5*s *********** What a wonderful surgery. It felt very organised. I registered online yesterday and had an appointment this morning. I took my cat in and was welcomed at a well run reception with separate areas for Cats and Dogs. The receptionist talked me through the perks of joining the Pet Club and I signed up straight away (I did not receive a welcome pack, toys or treats, as mentioned by another reviewer, but I am still glad I joined). The visit with the nurse couldn't have gone better. Roxandra was very professional and thoroughly examined my kitty. She also clipped his nails and administered the 6 month worming treatment. We talked through his diet and habits and I left feeling like we were in good hands. All in all, this practice appears to be very professional and we are looking forward to being a part of the Plunkett family.
