Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Gonçalo for coming out so quickly to us and being so kind and gentle. He was a very calm presence whilst I was I quite worried! He explained everything clearly and advised on what to do next should things not improve and that he would be contactable over the BH holiday should we need anything further. Thankfully she improved with initial treatment and has returned to normal after the steroid shot. Incredibly grateful for the service provided. Always had a very good experience with RW Equine and would highly recommend them.

Goncalo arrived in good time, did a thorough general examination of Lucky, diagnosed Choke (which we agreed with) and prescribed an anti-inflammatory to help ease any discomfort in his throat. He was polite and friendly and we were very happy with the service we got, so all good

Goncalo was very pleasant from the moment he arrived, shaking my hand and introducing himself. He knew exactly what was required for the visit, was very knowledgeable and spent time discussing Cadbury. When he phoned with blood test results yesterday afternoon, he fully explained the results and recommended course of action.

I just wanted to let everyone know how incredibly happy I was when Goncalo, one of the Vets from RW Equine Vets, came out to see to my horse for an urgent, emergency visit. Goncalo turned up very quickly and was geared up with everything he needed to treat my horse's cut on his leg. As my horse is a veteran (31 years old) and has serious heart problems, he needs to be treated with kindness and patience, and Goncalo couldn't have been more patient when he treated my horse. Goncalo even managed to use clippers around the wound, which is something my horse has almost never had done. Goncalo cleaned the wound very thoroughly and closed it up very neatly. He also explained everything that he was doing in detail and gave me very clear instructions as to how and when I should change the dressing over the wound, and fully explained the route to recovery. He also very kindly said to get in touch with him at any time if I have any further concerns or questions; he also invited me to send him photos of the wound after a week, so that he can then call me and discuss how the healing of the wound is going. I really couldn't be more happy with the entire visit. Thank you so much Goncalo. You can come and treat my horse again any time! Yours gratefully, Ninette Page PS.
