Diabolical treatment of our small spaniel who we took for sickness and bloody stools. A scan showed no foreign object in his bowel but we were given no other option other than major bowel surgery or palliative care ( he is 2 years old) . Directly After the surgery ( which showed nothing) we were told we had to take him home as there was no night care . There was no aftercare whatsoever

I have used this practice for years and has always been a pleasure. Amazing staff, caring and compassionate. Would highly recommend. Took Ruby to see Connie today 10/2/2026 A massive thank you to all the team, superb as ever. Thank you Connie for your patience with her as she is a very nervous puppy and you were just absolutely wonderful with her.

I took my fur baby here last month. But sadly he had to be put to sleep. The veterinary nurse and the staff were absolutely amazing, understanding and so so kind.

No answer to out of hours phone number, need to have someone on reception at all times otherwise what's the point in an emergency.

Our 27 year-old parakeet was near the end of life. So it was very reassuring to find that the vet had knowledge and special interest in birds. Many thanks for your help.
