I started using Portland vets a few years ago and My dog is now a very frequent visitor and is very well known there, staff are always very welcoming and friendly. They understood she can be very wary and unsure of new people and they took the time and patience to get to know her and found the best stress free way of treating her. They solve any problems/concerns i have with no issues. They show a tremendous amount of care and compassion towards clients and animals. They regularly contact me for updates as they know she can be the troublesome child and are always there if I have any issues. Highly recommend them.

Always straight forward and honest, possibly pricier than others? Everyone has been kind and caring, can’t think why they wouldn’t be, they’re into caring for sick and injured animals!

After speaking to a women on the phone on Friday evening called Violet, she had answered all of my mums questions and even went out of her way to find out pricing for everything we needed for our new dog which even included when we would need to vaccinate our dog. She was very kind and compassionate and put me and my mum at ease. I can't wait to join this practice and have my dog looked after by a brilliant team.

Unfortunately all this vets cares about is the card machine, they are holding it out as you come out the vets room. We've repeatedly taken our lab here to get treated for an infection, she's had biopsies and nothing ever gets resolved leaving our lab in pain, would not recommend as it does not seem like they actually care about the animals.

Portland Vets in Edenbridge have been absolutely incredible. Our cat, Shadow, was very poorly, and they went above and beyond to accommodate her needs. You can tell how much they truly care for animals through everything they do. Their communication was exceptional—they kept us updated frequently and always had a clear plan to help Shadow get better. Their professionalism, knowledge, and compassion made us feel completely safe and confident to leave Shadow in their care. The team talk at our among themselves and really consider the next steps before advising us. We are beyond grateful for the amazing care they provided and cannot recommend Portland Vets Edenbridge highly enough. If you’re looking for a trusted, professional, and compassionate vet, they’re the absolute best and we feel so grateful for everything.

The staff at Portland Vets Edenbridge are wonderful. Always kind, supportive and knowledgeable when I’ve visited with our young dog, and they have never recommended excessive treatment unless necessary. Would highly recommend as a local vet.

I have just brought my cat in to be checked by the nurse as he has and the service, kindness and affection that was shown to myself and Marley was amazing! They were all so very lovely and reassuring. I feel so confident that my cat is in such good hands when he’s there. 😊
