Best vets I have ever experienced. Staff are always very friendly and helpful. Prescriptions are given quickly. You can tell that they really care about pets and their welfare.

We had to find a vets to help our elderly dog misty as she had injured her paw in the night and her mobility was limited due to her age. We tried an emergency vet at 7am who could not come till 6pm. This was not suitable as misty was in need of help asap. We phoned sandhole vets and they where very accommodating for us & misty needs. They said we could come immediately and a vet would come out to the car to assess misty. We made the choice to have misty put to sleep & a sedative was given almost immediately. Again was not a problem for sandhole vets. They had a dedicated room for misty and us to wait for as long as we like while they prepared a few things. Once we had said our good byes and had some time with misty we called for the vet to put misty to sleep. Again then they allow you as much time with your pet as possible. The staff where all thoughtful and informative about what would happen etc. We choose to have our misty individually cremated at same place. Misty was ready to come home with in a week. Casket, bag, paw prints & card all very nice and thoughtful. Also did receive a hand written card from all the staff approx 2 weeks after collecting ashes. The price was never a problem for us but if you are on a budget, we found them to be very reasonable. To put our 20.6kg dog to sleep, plus individual cremation & casket £457. Would highly recommend from start to finish! Thank you

Amazing vets, called with a concern about my guinea pig, I was booked a same day appointment, my concerns were listened to by pedro and he explained all the possibilities and options available to us, reception and the nurses are also super friendly. At sandhole its very clear it doesn't matter how big or small your pets are they will get the best treatment possible

I really can't thank the wonderful staff at Sandholes enough. Vet Anna and receptionist Sam were amazingly supportive and compassionate when we had to have our beloved guinea pig Tony put to sleep. We were listened to, never rushed and had time to spend his last moments with him.

The best vets i've ever been to, every single member of staff I spoke to was kind and compassionate and really care about the animals you bring in. Both Pedro and Lucy were fantastic and really listened to all my concerns and gave me the confidence I was doing the right thing for my birds. Reception staff were lovely and welcoming, and dealt with all my questions and emergency calls so well and never made me feel like I was asking too much. A huge thank you from myself and baby Nugget :)
