Yesterday, we had to part with our wonderful Maine Coon due to a terminal diagnosis. It was one of the hardest of things to do and I just want to say that the vet, Irina, could not have been more supportive or gentle in her delivery of bad news and support in decision making. The supremely sad process was made as easy as possible and I could not have asked for better help. Claire and all the other staff were also incredibly supportive, sympathetic and exactly as you want. My fur baby (cockapoo) Bee has been with this veterinary surgery since a pup and he is turning 6 this year. The staff are always welcoming and happy. The receptionist are helpful and chatty. Recently my dog suffered an acute illness, he is well now. The staff were amazing. The care and support for both my dog and me was incredible. Every staff member genuinely care and show such compassion to provide excellent care/treatment. They have exceptional communication skills and are experienced in accommodating care to suit our dogs needs. I can not thank you all enough for looking after myself and Bee. Highly recommend this vet to anyone, you will be well looked after.

I was recommended this Vet surgery by a neighbour after I was complaining to them about the very high Vets bills for very minor issues from my regular Vets . So, I thought I'd try them. What a lovely team! First visit but welcomed by a very friendly and warm reception team. The vet was really thorough and listened carefully to my worries then treated my dog appropriately. The bill was very reasonable (much less than my previous vet would have charged) and I feel very confident in that team. I would certainly recommend them to other pet owners.

Simply Fantastic. We moved to Hawkinge last year from Hythe. We have been so fortunate to be able to register our pets at this practice. The service from the welcoming reception team to nurses and vets is the best care and advice we have ever received. It is so refreshing to receive true care based on our individual pets needs.

I've used hawkinge vets since the beginning when it was just John , I've always been treated extremely well and more importantly my dogs have been treated to the highest standards possible , the staff are amazing friendly and extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about their roles , I have built a very good relationship with all that work thier and I would never go anywhere else . thank you for all your hard work in keeping my dogs well and treating each and everyone of then with so much kindness and care , always greatful .
