When your dog is seriously ill you need a vets in whom you can put your trust and depend upon. The knowledge, kindness and care demonstrated this week to my dog (and myself) exemplifies Bobbin Hill Vets. He's now well on the road to recovery and we look forward to many more walks and times together. If you want excellent veterinary care, then look no further. We recently moved from our previous vets, which is now a corporate-owned company, and choosing this family-run veterinary practice was absolutely the right decision. Teddy and Lexi both visited for a health check and dental surgery, and the care they received was exceptional. Everything was explained clearly and calmly, with plenty of time given to ask questions, which was very reassuring. The vets are highly skilled with years of experience, and this is reflected in the confidence and professionalism of the entire team. All the staff are knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely care about the animals. The dental procedures went smoothly, and I was kept well informed before and after. Teddy and Lexi were calm and comfortable when I collected them, which really speaks volumes about the level of care provided. I wouldn’t trust my pets anywhere else—highly recommended. Been with them for a year now and never will look back We got our pepper ( dog ) 🐶 and she was a very ill puppy we panicked and rushed her to bobbing hill vets with Tim and him amazing team Within 2 days some days got pepper back on our paws 🐾 running about and being a big part of our family Year on we back because pepper found the dam chocolate under the Christmas tree and so rushed again ... Have to say this is the best vet we have encountered. We brought our Maggie in on Friday (14th Nov.) We are not local but we were staying in our chalet in Leysdown.. Maggie had gone downhill rapidly and we knew it was time. The lovely receptionist took us into a room and got the manager who treated us with care and compassion, registered us and then offered us a drink..a few minutes later Simon the vet came in, examined Maggie and confirmed our worst fears. He talked us through the process, prepared Maggie and then done what had to be done. He left us for quite a while so we could say our goodbyes and then came in and we decided it was time to go. We picked Maggie up this afternoon ( 17th Nov ) along with a card from the vet, paw and nose prints, forget me knot seeds to plant and a capsule of hair from Maggie. We as a family want to thank you all for your care, compassion and professionalism that we received over this weekend..love The Purll Family

Cannot praise Tim & his team @ Bobbing Hill Veterinary Surgery highly enough. They took great care of my poorly leonberger, Esra, when she had to have an urgent & potentially complicated operation. Brilliant throughout, no messing. Thank you all SO much. Love from Sue & Esra xxx

We feel, very assuredly Bobbing Hill Vets is at least equal to the best in the country. Everyone in the practice shows such wonderful care and concern for our dear furry friends and family. Also we humans are similarly met with the greatest friendliness and welcoming smile possible. We are very lucky to live in this area where we have such a truly wonderful and caring, privately owned and run Vetinary practice. Immeasurably better for us and our pets when compared to other practices that are owned and managed by multi national organisations that care only about their own profit. Our dog is registered with Bobbing hill and they have always been nothing short of welcoming and informative, willing to give advice when needed. Which is why we chose Bobbing Hill at a time of need, with unique circumstance, with sadly needing our cat pts. The team got us in the same day and offered nothing but sympathy and understanding. Tim took the time to speak through the situation and our options, but it all led to the decision we were dreading, but knew it had to be made. Tim reassured us that, he believed, it was also the right decision, so he allowed us to send our cat off peacefully. The kindness the team provided us with, from start to finish, right up to collecting his ashes, with a beautiful heartfelt card, was a gentle reassurance that we made the right decision in choosing Bobbing Hill for our precious babies. Despite receiving the best care for my four collies I made the ill advised decision to change to a more local vet, it did not take long to appreciate the standard of care that my dogs have received from Bobbing Hill Vets and was more than grateful when they welcomed my boys back into their care. In the last year my 5 month old has had to have a toe removed and my 14 year old had an operation to remove a malignant tumour, despite the worry we were reassured that both could not have received more compassionate care from the vets and nurses, both have made excellent recoveries. I cannot but praise Bobbing Hill Vets and would recommend their services to anyone looking for a compassionate veterinary service.

Wowzer! In January, and after deliberating for far too long, we decided to switch to Bobbing Hill Vets. We have had quite a few issues with our cats and Tim and Laura have been exceptional. Everything is explained, they are thorough and you can tell that they really do care. Sue the receptionist is always really welcoming and the vet nurses are so friendly and caring. The phone is always answered and I feel that whatever vet we see there will be continuity of care. They work as a team. I would not hesitate to recommend Bobbing Hill Vets ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Been with Bobbing hill vets now for about 3 years. So glad we moved from our previous vets to Bobbing hill. We was so pleased that now all the family go here. Our Cat Bill has been suffering for a while now with sickness and loosing alot of weight. Tim and the team worked so hard to find the issue. Once they found the issue they worked out the best path for Bill. OK it ended up with the little man having major surgery but wow he is a different cat. We have our Bill back. Bill says a massive thank you 🐈‍⬛
