This was my first time using this vets and I’m so grateful for the wonderful care my cat received. Vet Dan was kind, patient and knowledgeable, taking his time to explain everything clearly. Most importantly he made my cat feel calm and comfortable in an unfamiliar environment. It was clear how much Vet Dan genuinely cared about her wellbeing and I left feeling so reassured she was in the best possible hands. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Thank you for looking after her so well

Visited the vets in Birchington last week, my dog a Yorkshire terrier, was due for a booster jab. On arriving I was met with warm smiles, and told to take a seat, the vet then called us in where Ted was given a check up, which was very quick and efficient, then received his jab. The whole experience was great. Ted can be a little nervous, but he left with his normal tail wag.

Fabulous Head Nurse called Gina that saw to my pooch. Lovely bedside manner and very caring when do my pooch's 6 monthly check and anal glands. I have always used this vets and wouldnt go anywhere else! Receptionist told me about the bravecto yearly injection for fleas which means i dont have to qrestle every 3 months to get a tablet down my dogs throat! Thank you!

What a lovely vets this is , the staff are so caring and kind to the animals but also their owners . As was awful day when i last visited and taxi wait was long one of the lovely staff dropped me home , have never had such wonderful service like this before . Would recommend this vet's to anyone looking for practice who are so caring and kind . From the moment you phone to seeing vet you are treared with kindness. Thank you all .
