After 3 visits each costing around 130 pounds for an ear problem (in and out within literally a couple of minutes )which wasn’t cleared by the Tablets and other medicines drops etc and eventually ended up also with a mouth problem which wasn’t even noticed because I don’t think he was looked at properly tbh. I was then told he needs a operation at the cost of £1500 which obviously I have had done , all round I am disappointed with the service with the receptionist even laughing when taking my money because I had to pay in cash coins and card .

We changed over to Whitstable Bay vets on the recommendations from many people who use them and we are so happy that we have. All the staff are extremely kind and very helpful. You can tell they care about you as well as your pets. You are made to feel welcome and comfortable. Lovely staff and lovely surroundings.

Would not take my pup anywhere else. The vets and staff are all lovely, the care and advice we receive is amazing, and I am so thankful that the practice is close to home. Even when we had to say goodbye to our beloved dog last year they showed great kindness. Thank you to all.

Always efficient friendly compassionate service , when you need them most they do planned home visits to put your loved furry baby for their final sleep which meant so much to us . We belong to their club and Mollie was a frequent patient, each time they spent time with us never were we rushed. Great team, the best!!
