Having recently moved to the area, this was our first time at Lady Dane, Whitstable. Our 11 year old ginger tom was due his annual inoculation, flea and worm treatment and nail cut. He hates being put in a carrier and dislikes the vets even more! However, Violeta was fantastic, she ensured Harvey stayed calm all the way through (I’ve never seen him so relaxed at the vets!) and provided lots of excellent advice on his health. Harvey’s already looking forward to his next visit……

We were referred to Violeta to help us with our dear puppy british bulldog Elvis and after a very complex problem one of many Violeta was absolutely amazing !so kind and compassionate with Elvis and so Professional and understanding especially when the problems Elvis has got was so upsetting for us ,Violeta supported us every step of the way and still is continuing to do so ,Elvis loves her and is normally so petrified of the vets,thankyou so much Violetta!

Owning a pet can be such a joyful experience but when things go wrong or the dreaded time comes to say your goodbyes, Violetta at Lady Dane Vets is such an amazing support.

Our cockapoo puppy loves Violeta. In fact, if we do our walk past Lady Dane, he pulls to go in. She’s so lovely with him. All the staff are so friendly as well.
