Staff were busy and ignored us when we arrived. Vet was competent. We had to wait a very long time to be seen and the cost of the medication given was nearly 7x what it would be elsewhere. Also I was told the vet couldn't access the my dogs medical record, which the vet at Culverden in Crowborough told me the next day when I took her in that they should be able to.

Our cat, Mabel, was very poorly and we had to visit the emergency vets this weekend. The team was incredible, they treated her quickly, were extremely knowledgeable, and kept us updated with clear information and options throughout. Thanks to their wonderful care, Mabel is now home and on the road to recovery. I highly recommend them and can't thank them enough!

I couldn't believe the response, from this vet. Have a dog who is stressed due to another dog in the house being on heat. We have removed the female dog to temporally friends, unfortunately our dog is still stressed and shaking, asked for advice to see if there was any medicine that could calm him down. The suggestion from the nurse was “you can bring him in to have him destroyed or give him up, no other friendly advice, to me that’s horrific. Definitely my view would not recommend.

I called Vets Now at 2am due to a very distressed doggy who I didn't know would make it through the night. Bella was calm and very generous with her expertise and time, suggesting alternatives should I not be able to come in. I tried these and called back at 5am requesting a consultation. She helped transport the heavy, immobile patient from the car and absolutely wonderful, calling him best dog (I don't know how she knew) and clearly explaining everything. I'm very grateful for her help in a very stressful situation and her thorough write up for our own vet to pass on care.

I would like to say very big thank you for all the team. Our dog was very unwell and all of the VETS take care of her immediately. Yes, the price was a bit higher, but they save my dog. Very big professional. Once again thank you for everything what you've done for Molly to get better quickly.
