Recently took my elderly lady (cat) for a med check as well as blood pressure/tests as she has some health issues which are normal for a 20yr old cat. She is not fond of the vets nor anything to be honest and the vets/nurses were brilliant with her. They were patient, kind and kept me informed. I left the vets in the early afternoon and had a call later that same day with the blood results. Wonderful service as always & special thanks to Reneta for being so polite and informative!!

I had to take my cat to the vet this week as she has had some problems that come with being an elderly lady. She was almost 20 years old, and I had to take the difficult decision to have her put to sleep. The entire staff could not have been more considerate, kind and patient both with me and with Suzy. They were really wonderful, and it really helped on such a sad day.

Very good vets but was charged full consultation fee for a routine check up & was in & out within 5 minutes. Not very fair. Just to the vet to say yep healing well & out. It’s a joke really.

Called the vets to ask if I can get an appointment to get a prescription for our dog who has extremely bad separation anxiety. The person who answered the call said we don’t do medications for things like that. It needs to be sorted by things like behavioural modifications - which we have tried. We have tried every non prescription remedy and behavioural modifications we could find and nothing helps. When I informed this to the receptionist she was like well there’s no medications like that for dogs. And I was like no there is. And then she laughed at me and asked what do I do for a living like I was a layman. When I told her what I do for a living she was a bit surprised. She was very rude and had a very bad attitude. If she is unaware that there are multiple medications on prescription available for dogs who suffer with anxiety perhaps she should check with someone before giving medical advice because 1) she may not be qualified to do so 2) the clinic could be liable for medical negligence claims. If the clinic wants to investigate who did this, the call was made on the 18/09/24 at 10.36am

Phoned about our dog who has really bad anxiety when we leave the house and I’ve heard others be prescribed Fluoxetine by their vets and had great results but the receptionist shut me down almost immediately saying things like that are not really prescribed for by vets for dogs. Called another vet clinic (50x more helpful) who said treatment is available and would be happy to discuss with us when we come in.
