Really this is such an amazing vets. I’m a new customer here and I’m blown away by the kindness of the staff and how easy it is to book appointments. I had an emergency today with my 16 week old puppy I phoned and was told to immediately go to the surgery where they treated her. Took my cat last week and quoted for possible 3 teeth extraction. But, they called to say teeth just need a good clean up and ears and claws clipped. Great job! Everyone very kind and helpful, and Max well cared for. Place could do with a refurb, otherwise very happy with service.

If I could give 0 starts I would! Absolutely awful vet, very rude, misdiagnosed our cat, demanded to see him again the following day, which if course we didn't, made out as if we were neglecting him! And bad pet owners which made us feel even worse in a time of distress... went on to tell us that the condition was fatal and we paid them for this service! After sending us away pretty shaken up we decided to go to an emergency out of hours pet hospital from fear of loosing our precious boy agterbwhat we had been told at the shrubbery however the hospital gave him some swift and effective treatment for something very treatable and some antibiotics and we're are back up and running as normal! We will never go back here again!

Want to say how pleased my mum and I were with the vets. Especially to Ally. She was sooo lovely with Jasper while we were saying goodbye to him. Even crying herself which I thought was lovely. Shows their compassion in their job. Thank you

1-star review We brought our dog Oscar to The Shrubbery Vets five times in six days as his condition worsened. He saw different vets each time, received conflicting diagnoses, and was never prescribed antibiotics—despite his rapid decline. We had to demand a referral to Southfields Hospital, where he was treated for two serious conditions. We truly believe Oscar would not have survived under their care. To add insult to injury, our disputed bill has now been passed to a debt collection agency. Extremely disappointed after years as loyal clients.
