Very poor service after they made a mistake & cancelled a pet care policy. Their error but wouldn’t make the situation right. Their attitude was appalling. Only bothered about money not animal welfare.

Took my cat to the Gillingham Vets for Pets . I was really upset because she had big open sores on her. Ginge saw the vet whose name was Magda she was so kind and compassionate and put my mind at rest and gave the relevant treatment which is working🤞. Magda was lovely . It was so reassuring her explaining everything and advising what to do to prevent this happening again. I would recommend her and Vets for Pets . I meant to say the girl on reception that I spoke to on the phone was lovely to.

Every time I’ve brought my cat to this practice they’ve been brilliant. They’ve always been great at keeping me informed, their advice is great and where possible they always give me options for my animals care. What treatment my mog has had, has always gone well and during follow ups have shown good health/recovery so clearly it’s been done to a good standard. They clearly know what they are doing and I’ve full confidence in these guys. Thanks so much :)

!!Do Not Use!! Go and use a proper vets who have the animals best interests at heart Also read all the other 1 star and low star ratings too. A truly good a professional vets want the best for your animals! *Edit* I don't have an account with you and not would I like to have. Your practice should be ashamed of itself. Disgusting

I do not under any circumstances recommended the vet practice Vets for Pets, Gillingham branch. The Vet in question. Failed on his consultation practice to listen to I the owner of a 4 month puppy, which in turn resulting in his death. I attended the practice on 25th April, seeking emergency medical care for review on the following symptoms *The excessively drooling on the left side of the foreface. Gums appeared responsive on the right side and left side, though darker in colour on the left. *Breathing was irregular, though Mr Newton was bright and responsive and appeared in a stable condition. Though it was reassuring that he appeared well, underlying symptoms were present at the time. *We raised the concern of a potential insect bite/ sting. No consideration was given to this as a source of the symptoms present at the time. Now being privilege to documentations following a case investigation with the practice. I'm to learn that the vet in question. Had labelled the symptoms present as traits of the breed. Why would a owner take they pet in if they didn't have concerns regards breathing issues and excessively drooling on one side. I leave you with a question to consider before approaching the practice for your care of your pet. Do you want to be listen to regards the history of events of your pet or ignore. If you want to be listen to, visit another practice.
