Money Pushers, treat yourself like a cash machine. Staff Very judgemental if you simply cannot afford the money. Our cat had lost the use of her back legs with other notable health issues and at the age of 16 years and 4 months they were pushing for MRI scans and other scans, on the same day, we had to say goodbye. I think Targets to meet, and how many treatments can they push on pet owners what really are they in the business for.!!!!

We have used Abbeywell for all three of our cats’ veterinary needs and through happy times and sad times they have always provided the best care and been amazing.

I feel sad for writing a bad review, but I must. My large dog had a stroke aged 12.5 years. I knew this, he had every single symptom, but I went to Abbeywell and they decided to issue £102 worth of painkillers for arthritis. I knew he had had a stroke. And now I've just looked up the symptoms (he was put to sleep 13 days ago at another vet, the day after visiting Abbeywell) and he had every one of these symptoms: Sudden Loss of Balance or Coordination Weakness or Paralysis Seizures Head Tilt or Abnormal Eye Movements Loss of Consciousness or Collapse Behavioral Changes Vision Problems Loss of Bowel or Bladder Control Difficulty Swallowing or Facial Weakness My dog was by my side for 12.5 years. I knew something serious had happened to him, but the vet didn't?! The vet saw £ signs. The fact that I had to call the RSPCA to help me move him and get him into the other vets hasn't gone unnoticed, either. Abbeywell is a mile from my house, but they wouldn't send someone out to help a suffering animal. What was I supposed to do? My dog was 7st! Carry him up the hill? Somehow get him into a taxi when he's incontinent? Don't trust them. They just want your money.

I cannot speak highly enough about this vets practice. Everyone from reception to the nurses to the specialists are amazing. So friendly and great with my dog. Super easy process for treatment and claiming back on insurance. I will be moving to Hythe soon but I can’t see myself changing vets as they’re so helpful here, plus my dog loves them.

This was our 1st time using Abbeywell Vets services after seeing alot of people using this business on you tube It was very easy process to do i sent the requested information from my vets to them so could book the date for my dogs ahc to be completed. This again was all processed online and i received confirmation of payments and nearer the date also received message that this certificate had been processed and would be ready on the day arranged. The price at £99.00 and also if reuse again would have prices discounted was amazing especially since my own vet wanted to charge over £350.00 for the exact same thing. When i arrived at AbbeyWell the process was easy took dog and his proof that had rabies with my passport, they asked if had used this type of service before and then advised me which part needed completing on my return journey
