I have used this practice and more importantly the vet. Wonderful and skilled surgeon has given us many more years with our baby chug. I am in disbelief with the negative review and feel it’s such a shame when this is not a true reflection and I hope nobody is discouraged as the practice is 10/10

This place has gone down badly since the new people took over. I was asked to bring my cat back in after a week on antibiotics so they could check how he was doing. I was then charged again for a consultation when I had already paid on the first visit. A follow up should never be charged for and I was not happy. This surgery is going to lose customers with their greed and lack of empathy. K.B.

A horrible experiance when putting our cat to rest, no respect, the receptionist was awful, shouting across the waiting room if we wanted his ashes back, standing in a full waiting room, with an empty basket, noone should have to experiance that. We could hear the laughter and loud chatter in the waiting room while saying goodbye, maybe a small light could be turnt on with a note explaining that someone is saying goodbye. There is no care there, such a horrible experiance, would not recommend at all.
