Don’t use this vets. They are useless- you are paying for something and they won’t provide what you know your dog needs (as it’s a reoccurring issue). The vet didn’t even look in her ear and offered a swab for extra cost when previously they use a tool to check her ear and provide her ear drops. Just trying to scam you for more money offering the swab. Now had a few times I haven’t been happy with this vet so I have moved now.

We were seen as an in hours emergency appointment as our dog had been attacked by another dog. The vet nurse we saw was excellent, very knowledgeable & reassuring, explained our options very well, gave good advice on home management. He was emphatic to what a horrible experience our dog had been through & gave really helpful advice on managing any future situations. Thank you.

Absolutely amazing. Our dog has Vet Phobia and past vets, haven't even been able to get near him and didnt try. Antonio, is and has been in passed with our pooch amazing. Sits with dog, calms him, talks to us, makes everything so much less stressful. Staff on reception are always friendly and always happy to help..never a chore

Attended here last week with an extremely poorly cat. The first vet we spoke too had 0 empathy and gave us little to no option but to put her to sleep and in his words said “if you take her home she will die” whilst telling us we needed to pay £1.5k. I was shocked and had to ask to speak to another vet to get a second opinion. I’m not sure of this vets name but he had no empathy, no sympathy and was just rude. I appreciate the help we received from 2 other members of the team one being a vet surgeon. The prices are extortionate. I don’t recommend this vets at all even as an emergency.

Efficient & friendly vets , would recommend 😍 . We have recently changed to this vets and have taken our puppy for her 1st check and vaccinations and our 5 year old dog for her health check & vaccination. We were impressed with the friendly greeting at the reception and the thorough clinical examination. The vets answered all our questions as did the lady who made our appointment on the phone . We are glad we chose this vet after a bad experience at last vets .
