Came to Lingfield from several bad experiences with a different East Kent vet. Lingfield have been helpful, calm, quick and reasonable. I feel like they care about my horses and not making as much money as possible.

I wanted to write about the fantastic service we have received from Graham the veterinary surgeon with our lovely horse William. On both occasions he has been so helpful, explaining every step but also being caring and kind and understanding throughout the situation with our horse. I couldn’t praise him any higher he is fantastic at dealing with people and even more so with horses. Thank you to all the team involved both vet nurses Briony and Amelie (apologises if the names are spelt wrong). I honestly am so grateful we found Lingfield veterinary practice for our horses and will continue to recommended them to anyone we know. Thanks again team to you all so far! Chelsea and Kelli

Shocking behaviour by one of their team hysterical and rude, no sence of urgency in am emergency, ego the size of a house and passed.comments about ethnicity which they were very wrong about complete lack of empathy, seriously unprofessional and refused to see a sick pony because of her ego
