I was disappointed to experience a 15-minute wait to collect my dog's medication, solely because the receptionist was engaged in casual conversation with other staff members. This is not acceptable. As professionals, staff should prioritise serving clients promptly and courteously. While friendly interactions among colleagues are important, they should take place during appropriate times, such as breaks—not at the expense of customers' time.

Thank you Vets for Pets Broadstairs for the respectful support and compassion when our cat Gemma was diagnosed with a particularly invasive cancer and was helped to pass away as this was the kindest thing we could do for her.

Super pleased with the service from the Thanet branch. Receptionist always kind and welcoming no matter how busy it is, they always seem to be working on there own when I have visited, but have always been respectful, kind and helpful. Vets - every bet I have met have been helpfull discussing the situation and different options that can been followed, I could tell they were not okay trying to push different things for money but told us about all the different options and what they thought would be best. My cat seems to of taken a liking to Markus (she normally hides from everyone but decides to sit right next to him for attention) Thank you for helping my little Puffball

I will always take my animals here they are amazing I couldn't recommend them more, I've been with most of the local vet's and these are by far the most caring and understanding vet's I have found, they are not only good with the animals but also compassionate with the pet parents 🐕🐕

Fantastic urgent care of our cat who needed a high-risk bowel operation after becoming very unwell the day before. The vet responded so quickly by completing lots of diagnostic tests and identifying her condition. The operation was performed at lunchtime after she was admitted at 11.00 am. Lifesavers! 🙏❤️ Must admit she didn't keep the body suit on for long, bless her
