Worst vet practice can't believe they are still running and established. They do not care about your pets only your money, I cannot describe the amount of stress and problems I had with this vet service for an incident with my cat in which they were horrific in, no good communication between staff, lies told, overcharged like crazy. Literally worst vet practice I've even been too only went as a emergency appointment due to it being the closets ones to me in which my cat was in need in immediate medical help after an incident however I had never even heard or been to them since my cats incident and wish I had more time to do more research and go to a different one. I wish them closure and job loss. DO NOT GO

The veterinary doctors are top-notch, the reception team is warm and welcoming, and the appointments run smoothly and on time, with helpful reminders. I can’t thank the team at Medivet Beckenham enough for the incredible care they gave my cat during such a stressful time. My cat was struggling with labour and had to undergo an emergency C-section. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was calm, compassionate, and extremely professional. They walked me through every step, answered all my questions with patience, and treated my cat with so much love and attention. The surgery went well, and thanks to their skill and care, both mum and kittens are now doing great. It’s clear that everyone at the clinic truly cares about the animals they treat. Brought my puppy in to get her top to tail check, 1st vaccinations and microchip. I was called bang on time, the veterinarian was soooo nice and explained everything thoroughly. The receptionist was very polite and helpful, she explained and promptly sorted out a health care plan. Overall 5 star service
