The vet and his staff are both kind and truly caring about the pets brought in. The fact that they don't charge at eye-watering rates is an added bonus.

I have always been to this vets my last dog I felt was put to sleep to soon but wasn't sure but when I got my next dog, i took her my beautiful cocker to them but a few months ago when i took her on Saturday morning with breathing problems i was told she had a temputure and slight fluid, she was given antibiotics and told to come back on Monday for tests, but Saturday night she passed away I just wish I new why she was only 7 but I have had no correspondence from them or sympathy. I am sorry I shall not be going back to them if I get another dog.

Eden Park Vets are excellent. The staff are friendly, helpful and professional. We've been taking our dog here since she was a puppy and have never received anything but the best of care. I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Disappointing Experience with Veterinary Care I recently had a challenging experience and felt compelled to share my concerns. My cat underwent delivery, and despite expressing ongoing distress, I was assured by the vet that everything was fine as she continued to feed her kittens. I stated that there was movements and she is pushing also in pain. He repeated that if she is feeding her kittens then nothing is left inside. Unfortunately, this was not the case, and I found myself in a panic the next day when I tried to wipe my cats bottom and then saw a paw sticking out. Tried so many times to contact the vet buy it went to voice message. In desperation, I sought emergency assistance elsewhere, resulting in a cesarean section that revealed additional kittens stuck due to complications. What compounded the issue for me was the lack of communication from the vet's office during this critical time. I left a message in tears, seeking guidance, and received no response. Even after three days post-surgery, I had not heard anything. While I understand technical issues can happen, the lack of communication, especially during emergencies, is concerning. I appreciate the vet's subsequent apology, but I'm currently exploring alternative veterinary options due to this experience. The well-being of my pets is my top priority, and I believe effective communication is fundamental in veterinary care.

Over the course of many years we took our cats here to be treated, always had great availability for emergency’s and whenever you would call the lovely ladies on reception give some great advice while you wait for your appointment etc. the whole team are so lovely welcoming & friendly. We recently had to say goodbye to one of our cats and the team were just amazing In making us feel relaxed and comfort we were doing the right thing. The lovely receptionist even asked the delivery man outside could he be as quiet as he can because our elderly cat was just inside the door waiting for her appointment. So affordable will definitely bring all pets here ! Thanks team x
